The challenge
Each aligner case passes through scanning, treatment planning, approval, manufacturing and dispatch, with handoffs tracked across spreadsheets and chat.
Nobody had a single view of where a case was or what was blocking it.

Our approach
We started with the business, not the software: identifying how work actually moved through the company.
Streamlined those processes with the team before writing any code.
Shipped the system in stages so each team moved over once its part was ready.
